CANCELLATION POLICY

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24-hours' notice. We do realize that life happens, and because of this, we generously extend a one-time cancellation fee waiver in these instances. Communication is key. Please expect to be automatically charged 50% of your booked service for any future cancellations outside the 24-hour cancellation window. All no-shows will automatically be charged 100% of the services booked.
